LS Photography is a team of wedding professionals committed to creating a unique and personalized photography experience for you on your wedding day. The team consists of Leah and Sabreena, both experienced and committed photography professionals established in Michigan. After a very rainy couple days prior to last Saturday, the sun decided to make an appearance just in time for Jessica and Joel’s special day. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful couple to photograph. Both were so relaxed and easy going - which makes our job really easy.

M&T’s special wedding day is right around the corner!! Sabreena and I recently went to take some spring engagement photos for this sweet couple! It was a beautiful spring evening and everything was green and blooming—-such a beautiful landscape! We cannot wait to capture their special day!!!!
It was so fun to see this little beauty too! Gorgeous!!!!
Leah and I are so excited for this couple’s upcoming wedding in August! We did some engagement photos in the fall, however, it was SO cold and they have such a great property that we asked to do another shoot in the spring. I have only had time to edit these 2 photos so far, however, there will be more photos coming from both Leah and I.

I was just revisiting some old photos and came across these. This was one of my favorite engagement sessions to date. This beautiful couple is coming up on their 1 year wedding anniversary so I thought it would be a nice tribute to them to re-post some favorites.

I have talked to a lot of married couple who do not have any updated photos of just the two of them together. What a GREAT gift to give to a spouse?!? So for $100 you get 1-3 hour photo shoot, multiple fun locations within the Lansing area, and $100 print credit. This special will only be in effect until the end of May. After that we head into the busy wedding season, YAY! 
So my brother came to visit this past week with his fiance from California. They got engaged just this past Valentine’s Day….SO romantic! Of course, anytime they come to visit Michigan there just happens to be a big snow storm that blows in. I had big plans for engagement photos that were blown away with the arrival of said snow storm 
I really hate when I have a creative vision and then I don’t get to try it out!

I found this shop on Etsy that has the most beautifully retro headpieces. This style is all the rage right now and I am totally in love with it and hoping that we get a bride this year who also loves this style.
The shop is called: Designs by Portobello and not only does she have headpieces but she also has veils and jewelry.

We are so excited to announce the launch of LS Wedding Photography proudly serving Michigan. Leah and I each have many years of individual photography experience and have found that our individual styles of photography really compliment each other when it comes to wedding photography.
We have found that the average number of hours worked on ONE wedding is 177 hours (3 - 4 weeks worth of work), so being able to share this amount of work with such a close friend makes it that much more enjoyable.
